A graceful shaped crested top rail with carved acanthus motif and carved ears.
Open cross weaved back splat and square legged base.
Chair has a drop in cushioned seat with newly restored seat foundation, original just cleaned wool needlepoint. reupholstered Sept 2023.
The condition is good. Wear due to age and use.
This sturdy chair is rich in color and patination.
