Stately country 'toile' transferware 'soupiere' tureen and matching serving platter by Wedgwood, 19c. Grapevine and fowl motif in black on white. Tureen with ribbon lid handle platter is footed and has a juice sluice on one end. As Thom Chippendale repeats in his books, 'in the French style', this combo blends well with French Country
