Rectangular hinged top with brass edge and fleur de lis corners and central monogrammed plaque opening to a fitted interior. Conforming case with flush side handles and Bramah lock and key. Likely once owned by Rear Admiral Sir George Johnstone Hope a close personal friend of Admiral Nelson.
