Most likely either a carp or a koi is rising out of the waves as well as spouting water out of mouth. I must honestly say I am stumped by this one and the only thing I can think of that it is possibly is an incense burner and thinking it is Japanese. Would make a really cool lamp or just sitting in a book shelf for sculptural interest. See less
