This is a Very Nice and Quite Unusual Original Matching Pair of Small Tea for Two Size Antique Tea Kettles. … Read more This is a Very Nice and Quite Unusual Original Matching Pair of Small Tea for Two Size Antique Tea Kettles. One is Made Out of Solid Copper and The Other is Made Out of Solid Brass. Circa Very Late 19th Century. They are Rendered in the Classic Victorian Style.Century. The Very Good Quality Hinged - Swing Handles are Substantially Solid Cast with Lathe Turned Black Painted Wood Handles that are Done in a Beehive Style. The Lids are Also Mounted with Lathe Turned Wooden Knobs. Note that Each Also Has a Internal Spout Strainer - See the Last- 12th Photograph in My Listing. They have No Maker Marks but I Believe that They are English in Origin. They are in Very Good All Original Condition and They Display Nicely. Each has a Few Very Minor Side Dents and There is Some Light Age and Use Wear to the Wood Handles and Knobs. The Copper Kettle Has a Added Steel Disc on the Underside of the Lid - Knob Fastening Bolt that is Rusty - See Last - 12 Photograph. They are Lightly Tarnished - Could Use a Good Cleaning & Polishing.
Each Measures Overall Approx. 7 inches Tall including the Handle in the Upright Position.
They are Approx. 8 inches Long Including Spout x 6 inches Wide.
