The romance of the late 19th century travel is captured in this lovely poster of the landscape of France. Only available to the wealthiest of people, these images lured them to spend their wealth on exploring the countrysides.
Frédéric Alexianu , known as F. Hugo d'Alesi(1849-1906), was a French painter and graphic designer. He conducted a large number of posters tourism for companies railway at the end of the 19th century .
