These Italian dinner plates are hand-painted and hand-thrown on a potter's wheel. The dinner plate has a simple design of two black intersecting lines. The design, which we call Arcaica (meaning very old), is based on a 15th-century pattern. Despite its ancient design, it looks wonderfully fresh for modern and traditional table settings.
Made Tuscany, Italy.
There are pasta/soup bowls that go with these plates and are sold separately. They are also available on Chairish.
