This lovely bell is made of porcelain. This piece is stamped on the interior as being made by Wedgwood in England, see pictures, and this piece is one of Wedgwood's famous jasperware pieces. This bell was made to celebrate New Years Day 1979, as engraved on the bell, and it features a charming image of penguins around the piece in a beautiful blue and white color scheme. The clapper of the bell is intact, and this piece could also work wonderfully as a Christmas tree ornament.
