Offered is a sublime staved teak carving board designed by Jens H. Quistgaard for Digsmed in 1964. It is slightly angled to capture juices, and features a graphic carved raised center to hold the meat in place, two knobs to hang carving utensils, and two triangular incisions on the bottom/back to use for hanging on a wall. Whether you hang this for space consideration, or because it is an absolutely beautiful design, almost a piece of art. is entirely your choice - but all of the details are extremely well thought out for a form meets function gourmet chef or master griller. If you have one in your family they will treasure this piece forever.
