Marked on the back with "HB QUIMPER FRANCE entierly decorated by hand and the form number, decor number and the initials of the artist "F. 415 D2".
This plates has a cream background and is totally hand painted.
It has a wonderfully colorful border with hand painted red and blue flowers with green leaves.
