It was manufactured for use in German-speaking places during the 1960s. The sign is in a very good vintage condition and is thought to be unused. It has a shiny surface without damages or scratches, there are minimal damages at the edges in the form of a small amount of flaking (maximum length 1 cm, see picture) and the holding tube (which may be partly from the manufacturing process).
