A bonheur du jour (in French, bonheur-du-jour, meaning "daytime delight") is a type of lady's writing desk. It was introduced in Paris by one of the interior decorators and purveyors of fashionable novelties called marchands-merciers about 1760.
With inlaid Marquetry, brass details all over the desk and tapered legs. With leather top desk.
Has 6 small cabinets, 2 bigger ones below and center cabinet with mirror on the inside with glass shelving on the 2nd and wooden shelf on the bottom.
37" width, 21.5" depth and 54" height.
This would be a nice addition to your space be it in the living room, bedroom or office.
