Love it or hate it: nautical-themed rooms, ikat, and balloon shades? Nate Berkus and Chairish co-founder Anna Brockway hosted the LEGENDS’ Blogger Breakfast, where we played the crowd-favorite design game, Love It or Hate It. A panel of leading designers and home bloggers joined us to weigh in on the top design trends and styles of the moment.

The roster of design pros who gave us their no-holds-barred feedback included: Anthony D’Argenzio, Paloma Contreras, Brittaney Elise, Holly Hollingsworth, Marisa Marcantonio, Danielle Rollins ,Sarah Sherman Samuel, Shaun Smith, and  Will Taylor.

“It was such a great group of designers assembled, all with unique points of view. And with some strong opinions about things like bed ruffles, which I love,” says Nate. “Design really is a living, breathing, fluid thing and getting to talk about the it with such an eclectic and talented group was fantastic.”

Here’s a roundup of 10 trends: the most-loved, some that got mixed reviews…and a few that all agreed should be kicked to the curb.
