I specialize in dealing with quality used furniture, antiques, and collectibles. My passion for this business dates back to 1999 when I opened a small used furniture store in Asheville, NC. Despite my initial efforts, my "buy outright model" did not yield the expected results, and I eventually had to close the store.

However, my love for the used furniture industry never waned. In 2011, I saw an opportunity to get back into the business by opening a consignment furniture store in a 6,000 square-foot space that had sat empty in my neighborhood for over two years. This venture proved successful, and I eventually sold the store in February of 2016.

Following the sale, I worked for a local internet advertising company and continued to dabble in used furniture as a side hustle. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit in early 2020, I pivoted yet again, and today, I work as a full-time truck driver hauling stone and boulders for a landscape supply company.

Despite my current career path, my passion for quality solid wood furniture from various periods, including mid-century modern and Danish modern, remains unwavering. I now sell my furniture locally through various channels, including Facebook, Craigslist, and Chairish.
