Mark D. Sikes spent two decades working to develop a successful career in visual merchandising, store design and marketing for several well-known apparel and home retailers. Building on this, Mark decided to use his talent for creating beautiful environments and launched a career in interior design. In 2011, he relocated to Los Angeles and started a lifestyle blog, MarkDSikes.com, a daily record of what inspires him – “chic people, glamorous places and stylish things.” Mark is currently working on multiple interior design projects and his effortlessly chic Hollywood Hills home was beautifully editorialized on a recent cover of House Beautiful.
