Gramercy Design was founded in 2015 as a boutique design studio providing architecture, interior architecture, interior design and bespoke furniture design and build services for residential and commercial projects. Founded by Kyle O’Donnell, the firm is based in New York City.

Kyle began the company after completing a unique duplex residential project on Gramercy Park for a high-profile client in the entertainment industry. Gramercy Design is founded in their shared belief of creating unique environments that reflect their clients’ personality and lifestyle influenced by Kyle’s own versatile aesthetic sensibility and ability to provide creative design solutions.

In undertaking projects in Los Angeles, New York, the East End of Long Island and the Hudson Valley, Gramercy Design has worked with clients in film, television, theater and finance to create beautiful homes noted for their unique, creative and especially thoughtful design. Each project tells its own special story, in some cases drawing from the structure’s historical past but more importantly a story that has meaning and speaks to the core values and wishes of its owner.
