The items I have listed to sell each have a past that make them special since they’ve been a part of my life for many years. Some more than others.

I love antiquing! I started collecting hotel silver plate over 15 years ago. That’s the majority of what I sell along with some knickknacks that caught my eye along the way.
Each piece has occupied a place in my home either on display, or actually being utilized for everyday purposes. What I like about collecting commercial silver plate is its durability. It doesn’t need to be shiny or perfect. “Imperfections and age build character”
I’m not a reseller. Most of the antique items I’ve acquired are from snooping through an antique shop on the East Coast where I’m from originally and spending an hour or more inside a shop and walking out with either nothing or with one small creamer that would make my day. Of course filling up the back of my truck was even more satisfying until I would get home unload it and clean it to see exactly what I purchased. The cleaning process would unveil either something quite special with Hallmarks and a crest or something non-descript.
Along with silver plate items are collectibles or memorabilia handed down through generations in our family along with some stragglers with less age and a different vibe.
