In our commissioned work, we thoroughly examine the parameters of a given set of constraints such as codes, zoning restrictions, schedule, budget, and program, and view these challenges as opportunities for innovation. Each solution cohesively addresses function, form, and experience with a carefully curated palette of materials, textures, lighting, and finishes.
