It is thick and warm, and the armrests are polished to a warm luster. That was the corner where I listened to stories, took naps, and even shed tears secretly. The smell of leather and the curvature of the sofa are the original shape of "home" in my mind. Growing up, I moved many times and used many stylish but flimsy pieces of furniture, but they could never give me the sense of security and belonging that my old sofa brought.
