With its fabulous organic look-and-feel, this nicely-sized rattan and bamboo Albini-inspired tray makes it an ideal décor accent or organizational catchall. Options abound whether placed on a counter or table top, ottoman or entryway table. Handcrafted bent bamboo frame is wrapped in rattan weavers; border rail and interior bottom are artfully crafted from split bamboo poles; cut-out handles allow for effortless lifting and carrying. Rectangular shape with rounded corners, this handsome tray measures 19¾” x 14” x 2½” W/D/H; interior 17¾” x 12” x 1¾” W/D/H; weight 1 lb.; naturally aged color with a lacquer finish trends sandy blonde to pale wheat. In excellent condition with minimal wear; a few spots where the lacquer finish has faded (see photos 7 & 8) which are mostly indiscernible that do not affect its good looks or utility. Maker unknown; handcrafted in Taiwan sometime in the 1960s to early 1970s. An elementally charming tray that will complement most any design motif in a modern home.
