It's every bit and more beautiful in person as you see online. We believe it's ceramic but could possibly be a plaster like material. It's well executed both from a structural perspective, it's heavy and solid, and more importantly from an artistic understanding. Who ever created this had a deep understanding of multi demential perspective. When you view it from a single angle or circle around it you'll appreciate the sensitivity that went into it. It's balanced visually and delivers the satisfaction you expect from a great deal of art.
