For your consideration is a beautifully crafted large Murano vase attributed as likely by Barovier & Toso with a consistent … Read more For your consideration is a beautifully crafted large Murano vase attributed as likely by Barovier & Toso with a consistent bullicante pattern, applied ruffled sides and a scalloped top. This piece is 14 inches in height and has a lot of heft. The gold flaking is consistent throughout but is not as extreme as can be found in some similar pieces. The placement of the vase near sunlight and at the right time of day can really make it glow, as shown in the photos. I opted to leave the remnants of the sticker on the vase as it was when I acquired it. It should come off with some warm water and gentle scrubbing.

Condition:

Excellent vintage condition. No noticed chips, cracks or damage. There are a couple small bubbles/inclusions that appear to be distinct from the bullicante pattern. The bottom has some normal wear for age. There was a sticker (possibly the maker's) on the back of the vase and the residue is still there. Please see all photos. See less
