These antique colored prints are engravings representing elaborately prepared dishes and architectural details from the book "La Cuisine Classique", an emblematic French culinary work of the 19th century by the great chef Urbain Dubois (1818-1901).Far left is plate no 76. Middle is plate no 73. Far right is plate no. 60. All three are original bookplates. The bookplates are 8.5 X 11. Linen mattes are
5". Handsomely framed in unique carved gold gilt frames, with cream linen mattes and gilt filets under glass. They are a great unique collection, and beautifully framed. Purchased from Parke Interiors, Pittsburgh PA in 1980's. It is difficult to photograph without glare, but please ask for additional photos or details
