Each is hand made of ceramic with incredible detail. They are glazed in shades of green, navy blue and yellow ochre. The ancient tale says they are guardians of the home, and each is holding a ball representing the world. They are hand made left and right facing, so not exactly the same. One maintains a wax stamp from customs (photo 11). These are simply fantastic and you'll be thrilled to have them in your home. See less
