It features a stunning and very intricate design including lion’s heads and acanthus leaves used throughout and also some very nice scrolling on the arms and joint that holds the chain.

Each arm has a lion’s head on the base with a rounded copper-like textured metal column. The arms have a very nice and intricate pattern which then join into a rounded center which also featured around the edge the same copper-like textured design as the columns with the lion’s heads. It then has a very nice and elaborate design on the top with acanthus leaves which follow through on the bottom of the center part ending on a pineapple finial surrounded by acanthus leaves. Each arm has a fluted base at the bottom with a small finial. It then mounts up to an even more grandiose design with acanthus leaves and other scroll work on the center higher. It has a pretty scroll like design where it meets the chain and the ceiling plate is also very elaborate with fluted acanthus leaves forming the plate. Additional images are available if requested. There is so much detail that it is impossible to show all angles.

It is in pretty good condition with only some rubbing on the columns with the lion’s heads and some minor chips on the socket covers. It is an exceptional chandelier with very grandiose and elegant form that would fit into many different decors from classic to continental! It will need to be rewired and the sockets replaced to your country's standards and locally available bulbs. This does NOT have a plug! It has wires that are then connected to a switch but Chairish is forcing me to select a plug!
