Vintage three-light tole tulip chandelier in hand-painted steel, made in Europe (France or Italy, maker unknown) around the 1960s–70s and sourced in France. A bouquet of orange and yellow tulips is gathered with a twisted cord bow. The original cream chain and scalloped ceiling canopy are included.
