These silver plate Edwardian candle stick holders are from England and are called photophores. They are dated to the 1910’s or 1920’s and we actually took them to The Antiques Roadshow to have them appraised!
The bases are very detailed with lions heads and piercings and the glass globes are hand blown. One globe is thicker than the other and doesn’t fit it the cup as well.
This pair is a classic addition to any space in your home.
The silver candle stick holders are 3.5”w x 7”h and the glass globes are 3”w x 6.5”h . Total measurements are 3.5”w x 12”h.
