Created in Southern France during the 19th century, this pottery cooking pot features a circular mouth adorned with a green glaze also covering the inside. The tapering belly however, is mostly unglazed, only to be accented with a large green dripping. The back comprises of a molded handle and the ensemble is resting on a tripod base.
