This is a rare beauty! This designer was known for these stunning glaze designs, and this babe has the best color wave. This has to be one of our all time favorite finds and is from our personal collection. This design is just too good.
Marian Zawadzki worked with an amazing technique called ‘sgrafitto’; a process of carving lines into the clay through the glaze. This gave for a very interesting dimension and texture to his thoughtful designs. His designs were bold and colorful; this particular piece has an abstract design with earthy tones and blue waves.
