This vintage 6x11 Persian kilim is handwoven in wool, and originates circa 1950-1960.
On the Design:
Specifically a Shahsavan Jajim, the flatweave carries a more distinct take on the panel weave style. The field enjoys a nice play of red, blue, white & beige-brown that alternates finely in the striped patterns.
A gorgeous choice with vast applications in its versatile size and presence.
Condition:
