The main body of … Read more This is a traditional French Cartonniere, the top section holds 10 removable brass fitted box files. The main body of the cabinet is made in pine and it has a two-door shelved cupboard at the bottom and it stands on bun feet The files are good heavy quality they are made by Maison Piteux and have brass handles and locking catches The cabinet has been well used over the years, there is a little chipping to the carved decoration on the doors and on the cornice The cabinet is 32” wide, 74” tall, and 14” deep, the box files are all the same size, their internal measurement is 12” wide, 10” deep and 5” high.
