Made of heavy bronze , nicely gilded.
Signed by the french artist "M. Arvisent".
The inscription at the front "L´harmonie d´Arvisent á son president 1923", may be translated as: "The harmony of Asnières to its president 1923".
Asniéres is a city part of Paris, so it may have been a present for its former mayor. This piece has an attribution mark,
