Rare British colonial officer's campaign field desk on stand. Constructed from metal and brass featuring a royal blue painted finish with gilt highlights. The top opens to a fitted interior complete with storage bins and cutglass ink wells with brass crown lids. Produced by the Army Navy Co-Operative Society and retailed at their store in Calcutta, India. Large handles on each side and locking top. Brass makers mark on inside.
