Created in China during the midcentury period, this side table showcases a red lacquer perfectly complimenting its clean lines. The table features a square top with central board, sitting above a single drawer fitted with a brass ring pull on a floral backplate. The sides and back are made of simply recessed panels. The ensemble is raised on four straight legs with horse hoof extremities. These legs are connected to the apron thanks to carved scrolling fretwork spandrels present on each side.
