Created in China during the Qing Dynasty period in the 19th century, this elm wood side table features a square top with central board and rounded corners, sitting above an open apron accented with pillar strut motifs on all sides. The stretchers are adorned with carved spandrels depicting scrolling foliage. The ensemble is raised on four straight cylindrical legs.
