This lovely little piece was made by Paragon in the 1940s and is titled Patricia; the sculpture is a very charming depiction of a pretty young woman in a purple, yellow, and blue dress with a red floral scarf and a yellow hat with a pink flower. The piece is stamped on the bottom as having been made in England by Paragon, the fine china and collectibles company, see pictures.
