This is an absolutely beautiful vintage Lammert's "Furnishings of Character" Louis XVI style Demilune Console Cabinet, Entryway Cabinet, or Commode Cabinet with Adam style painting.
It features beautifully carved legs and trim, stunning painted designs, an adjustable internal shelf, and plenty of both cabinet and surface space.
Solid and sturdy, but does have cosmetic imperfections consistent with age, as pictured. Missing a back panel, but this is obviously not noticeable when it's against the wall.
