WELCOME AND THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LOOK!!
Absolutely gorgeous, Dresden quality striking vintage table lamp featuring rich cobalt blue porcelain, colorful fruit decoration and delicate gold detailing. The most distinctive feature is the wide tray-style base, decorated with painted medallions of grapes, peaches and other fruit against the deep blue ground.
The tall, graceful porcelain column repeats the cobalt blue and gold decoration, with additional fruit accents around the lower portion. An aged brass-tone pedestal base and matching lamp hardware add warmth and contrast to the porcelain.
The combination of the slender lamp column and generously sized decorative tray gives this piece an unusual and elegant presence. It would work beautifully on an entry console, side table or anywhere you want a lamp that is decorative even when not illuminated.
The porcelain retains a glossy finish with vibrant color. The brass and gold decoration show natural age, patina and areas of wear consistent with a vintage piece. Please review the photos for the best representation of condition.
Lamp is being sold without a shade. Harp and decorative cobalt blue finial are included as shown
