The sculpture is comprised of two mice facing each other in thrust and parry fencing positions, holding swords with tails aloft. Titled "Touche", one can almost imagine the two mice squaring off and shouting "en guarde" as their tails twitch with excitement! These are pieces that are meant to engage and amuse the viewer and even played with. The pictures read darker than actual bronze color. Numbered 3 out of 60 in the limited edition--marked 2002 and purchased in 2005 at a solo exhibition at the Harrison Gallery in Williamstown, MA. Marker's mark "Suzo", @2002 3/60 can be found on each piece. Cast at the Berkshire Fine Arts Foundry in Pittsfield, MA. A copy of the 2005 exhibition catalogue is included. Limited Edition of 60.
