Studio Pottery is a favorite of ours, as no two pieces are ever the same. This piece has an unusual rim, with uneven sides. The neck is narrow, and the body is wide and smooth. The entire piece is glazed in a Matt glaze, in a mixture of deep browns, and. Mustard greens or yellows. The piece is quite heavy and could be considered stoneware or ceramic. The base is round, and the bottom of the piece is signed by the artist with the letter ‘F’ etched into the clay prior to firing in the Kiln.
