This vintage transferware platter is in amazing condition and a great addition to your collection of Royal China dinnerware.
The Royal China Company started manufacturing this pattern called ‘The Old Curiosity Shop’ in a delightful green color in the 1950’s. It features authentic reproductions of old-world scenes inspired by the Charles Dickens novel of the same name. They were designed by Gordon Parker and produced in Sebring, Ohio. This collectible Dinnerware has stood the test of time - collected since the 50's and still very popular today.
There's a huge collection of pieces in this pattern along with others matching colors and patterns that can be used together. I'm selling the dinner plates in sets, of which I have two. These plates are in near perfect condition.
Check my listings for other pieces.
