A … Read more Chinese porcelain Eight Buddhist Treasures plate, with a pink glazed interior and a white glazed exterior and inset base. A square form plate with scalloped corners and a silvered lip. A polychrome Ashtamangala (The Eight Buddhist Treasures) is glazed to the interior sides and corners. The interior bottom has a centered, polychrome floral medallion surrounded by leafy, branching flowers, bracketed by double red trim lines. A red, six character Tongzhi reign mark is glazed to the inset base. The finely carved, traditional, Chinese, hongmu plate stand is included. Circa late 19th century, no later than early 20th.
