Condition fair to good, covers are rubbed and worn, fabric buckled slightly, spine sunned, hinges cracked, children's drawings on end-papers and several interior pages, a few loose pages, finger marks in the margins, and soil to text block page edges. Color frontis and title page with 38 full page black & white illustrations by F. D. Bedford. A scarce book of fables well loved by children but still has life in it. See less
