This vintage bench from Italy is backless, and is flanked with a pair of gracefully curved arms, which rise and curl gently outwards into volute scrolls at their tops. The wood trim outlines the top of the arms, the outer edges, and along the skirt. The bench is presented upon four round and sabre legs, each embellished with gold twist bands about their tops. The bench seat and arms retain their original upholstery, which is in good overall condition. The wood finish is cream with gold accents. This Italian arm bench, approximately 4 feet in length, would be a cheerful addition as a window bench, or perhaps a welcoming seat placed within an entry foyer. See less
