From research it appears to be European, possibly Italian.
It does seem to sit with a very slight tilt.
Mixed woods.
Approx 27 1/4" dia.
Height is 30 1/2" on one side, 29 1/2" on the other.
I did not want to try & push/pull to level it. See less
