Antique French walnut three drawer commode, c.1830
Solid walnut pegged construction shows the quality of this commode. The top and front have an elegant curved serpentine shape. The three drawers have original hardware and each central medallion is carved individually. The heart suggests this commode was made as a wedding gift. Good overall color and condition, recently waxed and polished.
