moreHere is a stunning c.1980 monoprint that appears to also be hand painted over by the Russian American artist, Swietlan Nicholas Kraczyna, titled 'The Crown of Thorns'! It has beautiful imagery and depth of color, with a passionate subject matter that is a trait of this world renowned artist.
Swietlan Nicholas Kraczyna is a painter/printmaker of Russian origin, raised in Poland and Germany, educated in the United States, and resident of Florence, Italy, since 1964. Best known for his multi-plate color etchings, his artwork can be found in private collections and galleries around the world, as well as in the Uffizi Gallery's Permanent Collection of Prints and Drawings in Florence.
This piece measures 9 3/4" wide by 14 3/4" tall and is in very good vintage condition as shown. There is some age appropriate wear to the frame but overall no significant damage to note. less

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
