Poster from the posthumous exhibition "Beyond the Paint" for artist Joan Miro from 2019. The exhibition was featured at the museum Foundation Maeght located just outside Nice in the south of France. The poster depicts work by Miro in his signature style.
The Galerie Maeght is a gallery of modern art located in Paris, France and Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. The gallery was founded din 1936 in Cannes. The Paris gallery was started in 1946 by Aime Maeght. Today the gallery is considered as one of the cornerstones of twentieth-century modern art.
The poster measures 23.5" W x 35.5" H and is in excellent condition. Signature in the plate.
