The piece is signed and numbered, although the signature is nearly impossible to decipher, though the original owner believed it to be Stromberg or Strombergshyttan, but that cannot be verified due to the condition of the signature. No matter the maker, this piece is magnificent and perfect for large blooming flowers, like peonies, hydrangeas, oriental lilies, dahlias, floribunda and amaryllis.
