Napoleon is in uniform and the back of the plate has the Chateau des Truileries 19th Century Severs palace mark and the letter "N" encircled by a laurel wreath. In handwriting at the top is Napoleon France. There is wear to the gold around the outer and inner rim. There is also wear to the back of the plate. It measures 9.25" around and about 7/8" H.
